Local Depot Collection
We are part of The Rudd Group and have depots in Newcastle (NE13 7BA), Leeds (LS10 1RW), Keswick (CA12 4TR), Haydock (WA11 9TH), Nottingham (NG13 8XB) and Birmingham (B24 8HZ). You may collect your item free of charge from any of our depots.
Free Courier Delivery (UK)
Smaller items such as pool accessories and dart boards will be delivered via courier direct to your door.
Free Local Area Delivery (Within Our Catchment Area)
Larger items such as fruit machines qualify for our free local area delivery, these products are delivered by our own fleet of vehicles. When you enter your postcode at checkout the system will determine if you fall within our catchment areas. Please note - our Technicians are happy to deliver your product to your desired location as long as it is ground floor and easily accessible. Please contact us if your delivery is complicated or includes stairs.
Specialist Courier Delivery (Outside Of Our Catchment Area)
When you enter your postcode in to our delivery checker it will highlight if you are an out of area delivery. All out of area deliveries are conducted by a third party specialist courier using 12.5 tonne lorries. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that the lorry has clear access to your property, if the lorry can not access the property additional delivery charges will apply.
Delivery & Installation (Within Our Catchment Area)
For purchases of pool tables and air hockey tables within our catchment area we offer a delivery and installation option. Our fleet of vehicles will deliver your table and our technicians will build and install it in your desired location.
Delivery & Installation With Stairs (Within Our Catchment Area)
As above however this includes an additional charge for having to move the product up or down stairs as this adds time and complexity to the installation. Please get in touch if you have multiple flights of stairs as this may require forward planning and further charge.
International Delivery
We have many happy international customers and have shipped products as far away as Australia. Please contact us directly to discuss international shipping.
When will I receive my Delivery?
Please note: Deliveries outside our catchment area may have an additional two week delivery lead time on top of our individual product lead time.
Our catchment area is: North East, North West, Yorkshire, East Midlands and West Midlands.
Please contact us if you do not receive your product within the time stated on the product page.
